How to Book Morocco Experiences Online
A practical walkthrough from choosing a listing to reviewing your confirmed booking and meeting instructions.
Find an experience that fits your plans
Start on the Explore page and compare experiences by destination and activity. Read the description, duration, offered languages and group size rather than choosing from a title alone. Check both included and excluded items so you understand what the host offers and which costs you may need to arrange separately.

Sign in and select your date, time and guests
Create an account or sign in, and verify your email address before making a reservation. Choose an available date and time slot for the experience, then enter the actual number of guests. Availability depends on the host’s schedule, blocked dates and remaining capacity. A date displayed on your calendar does not guarantee that every time slot has space.
Use the optional request field for relevant information, such as a dietary question or a mobility need. A request is not automatically an agreed change to the package. If it affects whether the experience is suitable for you, ask the host and receive clarification before paying.
Review the total and cancellation rules
Check the date, local time, guests and total before continuing. Morocco Services currently charges bookings in USD. There is no additional traveller booking fee added to the host’s listed price. Your bank may charge for currency conversion or a foreign transaction; consult your issuer if those charges matter to your budget.
Each experience has its own cancellation policy. Read the policy summary and the full Cancellation & Refund Policy. The required checkbox confirms your acceptance of those rules and the Terms & Conditions. It starts unchecked and must be selected before booking and payment.
Complete the secure Stripe payment
After you create an unpaid booking, review its details on the checkout page and continue to Stripe’s hosted payment page. Enter payment information only in the payment processor’s checkout. Morocco Services does not store your full card number or CVC. Do not send card information through messages or support requests.
A booking is confirmed after the platform verifies the full payment. If you close checkout, cancel payment or receive an error, check your booking status before trying again. If your bank shows a debit but your booking remains unconfirmed, contact support with the booking reference and payment time. Never assume a second payment is required.
Use the confirmed booking to prepare
Open your confirmed booking to review the meeting point address and any meeting point note from the host. Check your date, time and guest count once more, and allow time to arrive. Save the reference so you can identify the reservation if you need help.
If you need to cancel, use your account’s booking cancellation action where it is available. Cancellation and a refund request are separate from a completed bank refund: eligible requests are reviewed, and money is returned through the payment processor after issuance.
