This policy explains the personal information used when you browse Morocco Services, create an account, book an experience or offer services as a host.
Who operates this platform
Morocco Services is operated by Morocco Services LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. To ask about your personal information, contact us through the contact page. State that your request concerns privacy so it can be directed to the responsible team.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address, password hash and information you choose to add to your profile. Booking records include the experience, date, time, guests, requests, amounts, booking status and acceptance of our policies. We also store platform messages, support requests and reviews. Hosts may provide identity documents and payout details for verification and administration. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request information needed to operate and secure the service.
Why information is used
We use this information to maintain accounts, arrange bookings, communicate about services, verify hosts, administer payments and refunds, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. Required fields are identified in the relevant form; optional fields can be left blank. You should not submit sensitive information in an optional booking note unless it is necessary for your request. Where applicable law requires consent for an additional use, that consent must be obtained separately. Accepting our booking terms is not consent to marketing.
Who receives information
The host receives information necessary to fulfil your booking, such as your name, booking details and requests. Authorised platform staff can access information needed for support, moderation, verification and financial administration. Hosting, email and payment providers process information required to provide their services. Stripe processes payment-card information on its hosted checkout; Morocco Services does not collect or store your full card number or CVC. See Stripe’s privacy information. For PayPal host payouts, we send the saved PayPal email address, payout amount and transaction reference to PayPal. See PayPal’s privacy information. We do not offer your personal information for sale.
Cookies, maps and external services
An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and helps protect forms. The site also requests Google Fonts and, where configured, Google Maps; those providers receive technical connection information when their resources load. Using your device’s location requires your browser’s permission. Stripe may use its own cookies and fraud-prevention technology during checkout. This policy does not authorise optional advertising or analytics tracking; any such tracking needs its own disclosure and consent where required.
Storage, retention and international processing
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable accounting, security or legal requirements. Account deletion does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for transactions, disputes or legal obligations. Depending on the provider, processing may occur outside Morocco or outside your country, including in the United States. Contact us for information about applicable retention requirements, processing locations and transfer safeguards. International transfers and any required notifications or authorisations must meet the applicable legal requirements.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can update profile information and request account deletion through your account. You can also request access or correction, and object to processing on legitimate grounds, through our contact channels. Other rights, such as erasure, restriction or portability, apply where required by the law governing your situation. We may need to verify identity before releasing personal information. Required transaction records may need to be retained even after a request. Moroccan data-protection requirements include Law 09-08; complaints concerning Moroccan processing can be addressed to the CNDP.
Security and changes
We use HTTPS, password hashing and access controls, and host identity documents are stored outside the public web directory. No online service can promise absolute security. Keep your login details private and report suspected account misuse. Updates to this policy are dated above; material changes affecting a use that requires consent must be handled accordingly.
