These terms apply to the use of Morocco Services and to bookings made through the platform. Read the experience listing and its cancellation rules before you reserve.
Platform and operator
Morocco Services LLC operates this platform from 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Morocco Services enables travellers to find and book experiences offered by hosts. Hosts are responsible for delivering the services described in their listings. The platform administers the booking and payment process and provides account support. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a booking contract to create an account and make a booking. An adult making a booking for accompanying minors is responsible for their participation and for checking the host’s age restrictions. Provide accurate information, verify your email where required and protect your password. Do not use another person’s account or impersonate a host or traveller.
Listings and host responsibilities
Hosts must describe the route or activity, duration, languages, guest limits, price, included and excluded items, meeting instructions and cancellation policy accurately. Hosts must maintain the permissions, licences and insurance required for their own activities and comply with applicable law. Identity-review badges describe the platform’s verification status; they do not replace a professional licence or guarantee the quality or safety of every activity. Availability and listing details may change, so review the current offer before booking.
Booking and fulfilment
Choose an available date, time and guest count, and review the full total before proceeding. A checkout draft or failed payment is not a paid confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after the platform verifies successful payment. The host must fulfil the purchased service at the agreed time and meeting point. If a host cannot fulfil the booking, contact support to resolve it and arrange the applicable refund. Follow reasonable safety instructions and disclose participation needs to the host before booking.
Prices, payment and refunds
Payments are currently charged in USD through Stripe-hosted checkout. Morocco Services does not add a separate traveller booking fee to the displayed total. Host commission is deducted from the host’s proceeds. Your card issuer may impose its own conversion or international-payment charges. The Payment Policy explains the payment process. Cancellations and refunds follow the booked experience’s policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy, subject to mandatory legal rights.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading or discriminatory content, harass other users, upload malicious files, attempt to access another account, manipulate reviews, use stolen payment details or misuse verification documents. Do not post another person’s private information without a lawful basis. We may moderate content, restrict access or suspend accounts where needed to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Any outstanding booking or refund must still be handled under applicable law.
Content and personal information
You retain rights in content you submit and permit the platform to display and use it to provide and promote the relevant listing or review. Submit only material you are entitled to use. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Booking-policy acceptance is recorded separately from marketing or optional-tracking consent.
Problems, responsibility and applicable rights
Report problems through support with your booking reference and relevant details. Hosts remain responsible for their services, and the platform remains responsible for its own actions and obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy or refund rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law prevails over an inconsistent clause. These terms do not require you to waive statutory rights or restrict access to a competent authority or court.
Updates and agreement
The version accepted when making the booking is recorded with that booking. New terms apply to later use and bookings; they do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing booking. Before reserving or paying you must actively agree to these terms and the cancellation policy.
