Cancellation Policy

At Morocco Services, we strive to offer flexible, fair, and transparent cancellation policies for both customers and local service providers. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings made through our platform.
1. General Overview
Morocco Services is a marketplace connecting travelers with independent local vendors. Each vendor sets their own cancellation terms, which are clearly displayed on the service listing. By booking a service, you agree to the vendor’s cancellation policy.
2. Types of Cancellation Policies
Vendors may choose from the following standardized cancellation options:
1. Flexible
- Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the experience or service.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the start time.
2. Moderate
- Full refund if canceled up to 5 days before the experience or service.
- 50% refund if canceled 3–4 days before.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of the start time.
3. Strict
- 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before the experience or service.
- No refund if canceled within 7 days of the start time.
Important: Refund eligibility is based on the local time zone of the service provider.
3. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a booking:
- Go to your Dashboard or My Bookings section.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Booking and confirm your request.
- A confirmation email will be sent, and refund processing (if eligible) will begin.
4. Refund Timelines
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Processing fees may apply and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
5. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:
- You will receive a full refund, including any fees.
- We will notify you immediately and assist in rebooking a similar experience, if available.
6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
- No-shows are non-refundable, regardless of the vendor’s policy.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences or cancellation with no refund, at the vendor’s discretion.
7. Force Majeure Events
In rare circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, severe weather, or public health emergencies, Morocco Services may issue refunds outside the standard policies on a case-by-case basis.
8. Disputes and Resolution
If you believe you were unfairly charged or that a vendor failed to deliver the service as promised:
- Contact our Support Team within 72 hours of the scheduled service.
- Provide any supporting documentation or photos.
- Morocco Services will review the case and may mediate a partial or full refund.
